SAMBAR:

Quantity: 1 ½ lt.

Procedure:

Cook 150gm Dal with ¼ kg Vegetables in water along with Surya Turmeric and Oil.
Add Surya Tamarind paste and salt to taste.
Add about 50gm Surya Sambar Masala and put to boil for 5min.
Season with Mustard, Cumin, Curry leaves, Green Chilli and shredded coconut.

 RASAM:

Quantity: 1 ½ lt.

Procedure:

Cook 200gm Dal in 750ml water.
Add 100gm of Surya Tamarind paste and salt to taste.
Add 30gm Surya Rasam Masala along with Tomato juice, Drum sticks, Coriander leaves.
Boil the contents for 5min.
Season with Mustard, Cumin, and Curry leaves.

CHHOLE:

Procedure:

Take one teaspoon of Surya Chhole Masala and fry it in an oil or ghee.
Mix with 100gm of boiled grams.
Keep it on simmer for a few minutes. 
Chhole is ready.

PAV BHAJI:

Procedure:

 

Fry 4 teaspoons Surya Garlic paste with chopped onions in 4 tablespoons oil. 
Add chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons Surya Pav Bhaji Masala. 
Add Surya red chili powder and salt to taste.
Add 1kg boiled vegetables like green peas, potatoes, cauliflower, and capsicum.
Cook and mash the contents thoroughly. 
Sprinkle chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Top with a little butter right before serving.

BIRYANI:

Procedure:

 

Boil 250gm Basmati rice. 
In oil, fry sliced onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes.
Add Surya Chilli, Turmeric powder and cook till oil separates.
Add ½ cup curd and 2 spoons of SuryaBiryani Masala and roast.
Cook separately vegetables like green peas, cauliflower, and carrot with salt.
In separate vessel spread half of the rice and put a layer of vegetables on it. 
Spread remaining rice and pour butter/ghee and milk on it. Cover and heat the contents for 10 minutes on low flame.
Decorate with Cashew and Raisins.
